創新科技獎學金計劃除了頒發每人15萬港元獎學金支助學生到海外或內地參與暫讀外，亦為學生提供難得的經驗，包括本地實習生計劃、導師計劃以及服務項目計劃。
本計劃一直以來獲得社會各界人士以及團體的支持，使得獎學生能夠獲得課堂以外的學習經驗，擴闊對世界的視野以及增加在相關行業的體驗。希望得獎者們能利用今後一年所獲得的寶貴經驗，為未來社會及科技界帶來一番新景象。
